1. Department Overview

The Department of MBAwas established in the year 2019and since then consistently and competently drives towards excellence with a strong emphasis and the holistic development of the students. The MBA department groomed the multidisciplinary powers of the students and enhanced their skill set of students by providing field study, industrial tour, training and research.

The department has excellent infrastructure, expert faculty members and enthusiastic students have also made remarkable contributions to build up budding managers.The students are encouraged and motivated to take up with challenging projects. Summer training, industrial visit and projects are carefully planned for the students to remain updated with the technology trend. Seminars and short courses are regularly organized to update the students with the latest in the education and industry trends.

4. HOD message

Welcome to the Department of MBA, Aryan Institute of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As a well-known fact, we cannot imagine the world without management concept and practices. The Department's focus is to train our students to get strong academic knowledge in the frontier areas of various management theories with practical exposure and also to make the students ready to face real-world challenges. The Department has a rich blend of young and highly experienced regular and visiting faculty members, mostly holding PhD from reputed Universities. The faculty members display a high level of dedication and enthusiasm towards both teaching and state-of-the-art research.

Our faculty members are continuing their respective research projects and publishing their research articles in reputed national and international journals. The department is active in organizing the various workshops and seminars for the growth and development of faculty and students’ research knowledge further. Our department students are also highly encouraged to implement their innovative research ideas with the help of expert faculty members.

At present, the department offers a Two-year post graduate programme, MBA. We have three specialization like Marketing management, Human resourcesmanagement, Finance. The students are compiled to go to various industry to know get practical application in real life after 1st year. This is known as summer internship program. After completion of 45 days in various industry their bound to give presentation before team members. This is very important for management students.During these days they also learn other aspect of entrepreneur behaviour.
